    Perhaps when we find ourselves wanting everything, it is because we are dangerously close to wanting nothing. Sylvia Plath       I can’t remember when I fell for Plath. Probably sometime in college. This was a time when I was coming to terms with my own “creative madness,” and I’m sure I felt some measure of connection with the yearning, confusion, and imbalance of Plath’s poetry. Somewhere in there I also watched the film, Sylvia. It didn’t do well by critics, but fuck it…I liked it, and I’d recommend it if you are at all interested in Plath’s life.
