The Unabridged Journals of Sylvia Plath (FPF 2)
Perhaps when we find ourselves wanting everything, it is because we are dangerously close to wanting nothing. Sylvia Plath I can’t remember when I fell for Plath. Probably sometime in college. This was a time when I was coming to terms with my own “creative madness,” and I’m sure I felt some measure of connection with the yearning, confusion, and imbalance of Plath’s poetry. Somewhere in there I also watched the film, Sylvia. It didn’t do well by critics, but fuck it…I liked it, and I’d recommend it if you are at all interested in Plath’s life. February Photofest 2022 – Literary Nudes Series
Welcome to February Photofest 2022! I’m excited to share some of my favorite books and authors through this process. I’ve already got photos for this first week lined up…I think this is the first time I’ve been this prepared for the challenge.
