Flash Fiction Friday

Flash Fiction Friday #3

The momentum is building quickly! I can see that my craving and taste for flash fiction is shared by many!

So let’s get right to challenge three:

Write 100-200 words in response to the Feature image. Added challenge: use the words chiffon, tangerine, and blessed.

(image from storyblocks.com…they do short stock video clips and still images)

Go Here to Read the Rules (because, yes…there are etiquette expectations). Then write up your story and share it here. Afterward, be sure to read the other entries and vote for the ones you like best! Link-ups will be open on Fridays (12 am PST) and run through the following Thursday (11:59 pm PST).

NOTE: It’s perfectly okay to NOT follow the prompt/challenge. If you want to go your own way with your flash fiction, just keep it at 500 words or less.

If you have prompt ideas or images I can use, please send them my way!

Here is the badge:

And the social media hashtag is simply #flashfictionfriday.

Thanks for playing! I hope you find the challenges fun and inspiring.

  1. The picture outside the window is kind of dull. You can’t call her blessed. Whether you wrap yourself in chiffon, or eat a tangerine, it doesn’t get any better.
