Erotic Journal Challenge

Do you find anything distressing about sex?

This week’s #EroticJournalChallenge prompt is:

What, if anything, about sex (or your sex life/Sexuality) distresses you…or what part(s) of your Sex Life/sexuality have distressed others?

NOTE: Please take a moment to read the rules. The Erotic Journal Challenge encourages writers to really dig deep and share some pretty personal stuff. So I want everyone to know that they are welcome and that this is a judgement-free zone. All writers are safe to share their beliefs and experiences. Journaling is a way to learn and grow and question and change, and we should all feel safe to explore ourselves with fear.

Note: You don’t have to follow the prompt. If you have an introspective, reflective post that you want to share, it can be about any topic…or no topic at all.

Highlighted Post from the last prompt: Morag’s Musings

A question of sexuality

Morag has a way with metaphors! I do so love this: “For me, cock is the cake, cunt is the icing; together they compliment each other, individually, icing alone is never going to be as satisfying as cake.” And I agree with Morag that, “Labels are used by narrow-minded people to try and stuff us into boxes that fit their way of thinking.” It’s certainly fine to question and label yourself for the purposes of understanding and communicating your own desires, but when others start doing it, it crosses the line.
