“Mindfulness Monday” is new project I will be introducing in 2020. I have a hard time staying present in my marriage and sex life, mainly because I get lost in multi-tasking, stray from my main priorities, and struggle to stay present in my relationships. Monday is the perfect day to reassert my priorities, as it’s the beginning of the week. Hopefully it will set me up for keeping my mind in the game and encourage me to set some intentions and refocus myself on the busiest day of the week.
These posts will be more about my own education on the topics, and I’ll share what I learn with you. This is not something I’m an expert on, and I make now pretense of being such.
I’ll be posting new content for this project on the first and third Monday of each month.
